Placed an order online. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in probably 20minutes. When I got there the lady asked my name and said “I’ll let you know when it’s ready” when it was on the pickup rack the whole time. Then THIRTY minutes go by and I ask a different employee for him to go to the rack and get my pizzas that had been sitting there. The girl that I initially talked to was so rude and unfriendly. We just waited 17 mins in line, 4 people were cleaning but wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. Only one person making pizzas for a party of 12. We left. Worst service ever.
Staff is always friendly!
Mod Pizza is great, they are courteous and prices are still great!
