Jessa has been an integral part in my postpartum recovery from a c-section with twins. I can't believe how much we can pack in, in 30 minutes! She even gave me ways to incorporate my boys (as weights and entertainment!) when I don't have childcare to workout. I'd highly recommend her to anyone. I wish I would have known about her earlier and had that support during my pregnancy!

I have been seeing Jessa for private strength training since the end of last year. She is amazing! She is always conscious of my hypermobility and is teaching me ways to strengthen muscles to help reduce popping joints and reduce daily pain. She truly customizes the workout to your individual needs. If you’re looking for an extremely knowledgeable and patient instructor she’s it!
