My absolute favorite gym in Texas. 10/10, can't recommend highly enough. Amazing staff + facility.
Mod Fitness is an incredible workout. It helped me lose all 60 lbs from pregnancy. The instructors are knowledgable and help you stay motivated. If you want an even more intense workout go with Mod Burn...its my favorite.
Very challenging class, always different work outs. Everyone is nice, stuido is very clean.
When I moved to Austin from New York, I thought I would really miss all the boutique fitness classes that I was addicted to in NYC – and there were a lot of them! Little did I know that MOD would quickly become my all-time favorite workout class. If you have much spent time in NYC, you know that is saying a lot!
