Very attentive! Lived in my apartment with them for two years and it was great the whole time! When there were security concerns, Mod Equities took it upon themselves to install a new security system without asking us to pay any additional rent. Whenever we had an issue it was fixed within a day of our maintenance request. All in all I had a great experience living in their apartment and only moved because I was graduating! 10/10 would recommend!
I lived at 100 Howe St for over two years, and I’m only writing this review now, after moving out, because I was genuinely afraid of retaliation while still living there. I want future tenants to know exactly what they’re getting into with MOD Equities (and their partners at Farnam Group). For most of my time, I actually felt grateful. Amado—the only truly decent person in the building—was always kind and helpful. Management kept my rent the same for my second year, and I trusted them. These reviews must be fake, this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never answer the phone or email, not interested in fixing broken appliances, and charging incorrect rent. Awful.
