I recently moved to Clarendon apartments in May. Moving from my home of 20 yrs to a one bedroom apartment. Needless to say the big change was scary. Melanie helped me with all the information I needed with this transition in such a timely manner. I was so thankful for that. On top of moving to a great location in West Hartford in a very cool building!
Very attentive! Lived in my apartment with them for two years and it was great the whole time! When there were security concerns, Mod Equities took it upon themselves to install a new security system without asking us to pay any additional rent. Whenever we had an issue it was fixed within a day of our maintenance request. All in all I had a great experience living in their apartment and only moved because I was graduating! 10/10 would recommend!
I lived at 100 Howe St for over two years, and I’m only writing this review now, after moving out, because I was genuinely afraid of retaliation while still living there. I want future tenants to know exactly what they’re getting into with MOD Equities (and their partners at Farnam Group). For most of my time, I actually felt grateful. Amado—the only truly decent person in the building—was always kind and helpful. Management kept my rent the same for my second year, and I trusted them.
