AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Sappir Management, LLC and MOD Equities at 129 Church St. was an absolute nightmare from day one. Let me be crystal clear: in my opinion, this property is not safe to live in, and the management is both incompetent and dishonest. I couldn't even find the name "Sappir Management" in any business entity search, nor any contact information. Amazing apartment, and special shoutout to Eitan and Menachem for being great all around.
Mod Equities was a great landlord and was responsive with any problems I had. The staff was very nice and helpful with any problems I had.
I lived in 516 Orange St for about two years now… The place is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and I enjoyed my stay there! Mod Equities managed the maintenance of the building and they were always very responsive and prompt in taking care of any of the problems in the apartment… A maintenance request placed in the tenants’ portal is usually addressed within 2-3 days depending on the situation… Eitan from the management was very helpful in communicating with the owners and sorting out any payment related issues
