I lived at 100 Howe St for over two years, and I’m only writing this review now, after moving out, because I was genuinely afraid of retaliation while still living there. I want future tenants to know exactly what they’re getting into with MOD Equities (and their partners at Farnam Group). For most of my time, I actually felt grateful. These reviews must be fake, this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never answer the phone or email, not interested in fixing broken appliances, and charging incorrect rent. Awful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Sappir Management, LLC and MOD Equities at 129 Church St. was an absolute nightmare from day one. Let me be crystal clear: in my opinion, this property is not safe to live in, and the management is both incompetent and dishonest. I couldn't even find the name "Sappir Management" in any business entity search, nor any contact information.
