I lived in 516 Orange St for about two years now… The place is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and I enjoyed my stay there! Mod Equities managed the maintenance of the building and they were always very responsive and prompt in taking care of any of the problems in the apartment… A maintenance request placed in the tenants’ portal is usually addressed within 2-3 days depending on the situation… Eitan from the management was very helpful in communicating with the owners and sorting out any payment related issues
My roommates and I have had a great experience with Mod Equities! They are very responsive for maintenance requests and do a great job ensuring our common spaces are clean and maintained. Can’t recommend enough!
