The provider could not answer basic questions about the medications she prescribed to me. The front desk girls are very rude. They charge you much higher than other derm offices in town, without running insurance, and require payment before being seen. Facial treatments are very short for how pricey they are. I would not recommend this office.

Horrible place. In & out. provider didn’t listen. they messed with my pharmacy even though i told them which pharmacy it needed to go to. tried to argue that i owed them money even though i met my deductible. i told provider i think my issues are stemming from food allergies and she shut me down. turns out i was right! would never go back or recommend
I am writing a review to RAVE about the staff at Mod Dermatology. I am not a patient but when a package for me was mysteriously delivered to their office, their team called me and then drove to my home (8 miles away) to make sure the package made it to me safely! Amazing people, helping neighbors...this is what makes Omaha so great!! Thank you Mod Dermatology!! :)
If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually make that negative stars for this absolute scam of a dermatology office. I showed up for what I thought would be a straightforward procedure only to be hit with a demand for almost $800 upfront before even seeing the doctor. They claimed it is "office policy" to guess at costs and make you pay in advance regardless of insurance or anything else. They couldn't care less about your situation or actual needs.
