I think all the one star reviews speak for themselves. If you are looking for some glamour treatments or treatment for acne this might be the place for you. If you have any serious skin conditions like I do with HS or issues with the meds they prescribe you, you will not get emergency treatment or quick response. Shame on you, MOD Dermatology! You dismiss your patient's concerns, act like it's an inconvenience, and convince them to go through with "treatment" without any regard for their safety. When a patient tells you their symptoms and reactions to certain medications/anesthetics... BELIEVE THEM! Don't act like they're crazy and tell them they are wrong. You caused toxicity! Had such a positive experience today at MOD Dermatology. The dermatologist and nurse assistant were super knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my symptoms and properly diagnosis me and take lots of up close photos. I felt super welcomed and even the front desk staff was extremely helpful in paperwork since I was a new patient. Will 100% be back for any future needs. Sometimes doctors offices can be cold and uninviting but not here, everyone was kind, happy and had a smile on their face.
The provider could not answer basic questions about the medications she prescribed to me. The front desk girls are very rude. They charge you much higher than other derm offices in town, without running insurance, and require payment before being seen. Facial treatments are very short for how pricey they are. I would not recommend this office.
