the system works ok but when problem arise and it keeps coming back MOD2 doesn't fix and find a solution they give you alternative ways of working it manually and worse part is it is not being recorded in the sytem which is ridiculous.. and their respond was "I am sorry, as we’ve explained, this issue is not replicable, that’s why we gave you an alternative solution to not affect your work." how can it not affect my work if the problem keeps coming back and i had to suffer and work on this manually...
