My husband and sons go regularly to Mo's. Never really have an issue with anything besides this last time they went being my son's high school graduation he needed a haircut a crispy one and two days later after the haircut, I noticed that my whole son's head is cut up. I am very disappointed in this haircut, his head should not be cut up. Maybe get new clippers.
Amazing service and cheap prices, my hair was cut by Ross and he had great communication.
