Horrible business practices and utterly despicable customer service. The clerk on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant and unwilling to help lookup the part. Then hung up the phone abruptly and refused to answer the phone again. Went into the business and the same clerk refused service for no reason. I recommend steering clear of this business.

Called this place for a fender, I was told they had two… one with damage and a clean one, we agreed on the undamaged one, drove an hour and 45min to find out both fenders where damaged. Waste of time and money Great way of doing business lying 👍🏽

Was quoted a price over the phone for a part, drove from the bay area to get it, Cassandra and Leslie then scammed me when I got there and charged me extra upon arrival, I paid if because it was an hour and half drive. Then they tried calling me a liar, I have no reason to lie, I am an honest business man. Make sure if you get a price over the phone, they send you some sort of proof before wasting your time.

Absolute worst place to go for parts! Parts are overpriced and they are pretty good at lying. Once you get there, they will try to rip you off every single time.
