I came for the social workouts, I stayed for the amazing coaches and people. Mario was my guide through the foundational classes procress and he was incredible! Welcoming, accomodating of my schedule and fantastic showing a CrossFit newbie like me what this style of fitness is all about. I've been to six different classes so far and each one has challenged me in ways I havn't been pushed before - but I've never had so much fun doing it.
