Just got my 2013 F-150 **** back from Mock's that was held hostage there for 2 weeks. After having it towed there on a recall for a simple module program and update I decided to get a few minor things looked at or repaired, wrong! After numerous phone calls, unanswered, leave a message etc., so the service manager called me on the 10th day saying he was unaware of my situation. So after running up a **** of $807.69 of which $299.90 was for 2 new programed keys he told me the truck was done. I would not recommend this dealer ... read more

My family has been customers of Mocks for years. Unfortunately, we will no longer do business there. The parts and service managers are unprofessional. Glad we have gone to GM trucks recently as Roe Motors has been great. I do not recommend Mock Ford.
