Bought an item for Christmas that they had messed up. Instead of fixing my order or apologizing to me about it, they only offered to return me my money or fix it after Christmas. Never once apologized about the issue and was very hateful to me when they confronted me about the situation. Will not be back.

We try very hard to get things right, but sometimes mistakes happen. With the Christmas rush we are not able to replace your item before Christmas, but we will be glad to as soon as possible. Mockingbird Threadworks is the only place in town to get quality fabric, thread and crafting supplies. There are awesome gift items and a competent and friendly staff. ☺️
