Alfred is definitely a huge asset to the company. He’s an all around great guy! My experience renting a unit here was amazing. I definitely recommend using Mockingbird!!
I had a very pleasant experience renting out one of the hobby units here. The highlight by far was the property manager, Alfred. Any time — day or night — he was available, helpful and incredibly flexible. I would rent any space managed by Alfred and trust I was in good hands.
If you want great customer service, patience and understanding, then Alfred the manager is the guy to go see at this place. He goes above and beyond for his customers to let them know they are welcomed there and their valuables will be safe. I would recommend this location based on cost, location, accessibility and mostly because Alfred is the manager. Best customer service I have received, and very helpful!
