From start to finish Peter Jas provided a home building experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We did hit a snag in the beginning but after the process went smoothly.
Sadly we need new flooring after just 16 months due to poor craftsmanship. This is a brand new build and we had previously requested some work done on the second floor for creaks and a large dip during the warranty period. They came with one guy and put extra nails in the boards and said it was good enough. Now after just a few months, the floor boards are sinking and will need to be replaced, out of warranty of course and will cost us thousands of dollars out of pocket.
