Tracis is AMAZING. I got an order of cookies for a girls craft night and it was such a hit! I don’t know how she gets them actually perfect. She needs an entire brick and mortar bakery. She’s so intentional with her branding and baking. The way it was presented was so beautiful
I have now ordered from Mockingbird Bakes twice and both experiences have been 10 out of 10. I’ve done both her pop up porch pickup and placed an order for pickup (box of a dozen). The process is easy and more importantly the cookies are AMAZING! The owner and baker has thought of each detail very carefully to how they are presented and perfected each cookie with its own unique flavor! Fun flavors and definitely tastes gourmet. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!
I just tried the 5-variety pack from Mockingbird Bakes, and wow! Every single cookie was amazing, but the oatmeal cream is next-level good. They are so soft, perfectly sweet, and easily my absolute favorite. Traci is incredibly sweet and the ordering process and pickup super easy. When you need a fix for your sweet tooth, definitely go with Mockingbird Bakes in Leander.

This is my second order already lol absolutely loved these cookiesThey were fresh, delicious, and had the perfect balance of sweetness—not too sweet at all. The size was just right, You can really tell they were made with care.I highly recommend this homemade cookies. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
