They have a serious rat/mouse problem and management does not care. I reported it to the lady with glasses that I spoke to, and nothing was done. Do not rent from these people.I personally do not have a storage unit with them, but a relative does. The storage units are indoors, and you can literally hear the rats before you even reach the unit. I loss everything including my job I paid a lil here and there for storage due to me resigning from my job due to epilepsy and couldn't afford the late charges now I got to come up with 4 something or my stuff is going to be auction off

I rented a climate controlled unit for 5 years. I had to move all my stuff from one building to another due to AC failures only to be disappointed by the owner's definition of climate control. If 87° is ok for your stuff the rate is not bad. Every time I complained about the temperature I got a different excuse or promise it would be reported but nothing was ever done. I'm out and won't be back!
