Contacted Mock Property for a quote to repair/rebuild a retaining wall and downspout drainage for residence. Scott came out to evaluate & discuss, had a good conversation, and said he'd send a quote in a couple of days. Ten days later, still no quote, so I emailed & he apologized and said he'd send it later that day. Three days later, still no quote, so I emailed again and copied the company - they wrote back saying 'won't be providing a quote at this time.' No quote, no follow-up, no explanation - ghosted by a company!

We have rented two different properties managed by Mock Property over seven years. Bruce Mock has been a great Landlord. When the mountain property we rented was damaged by the flood in 2013, Mock Property went out of its way to get the house livable again. When that rental sold a couple years later, we rented another house managed by Mock Property in Boulder. Bruce and Joe Fiori have been very responsive whenever repairs are needed or anything is required. They are great people who genuinely care. Can't say enough good thin... read more

Moving out of this place due to poor management with lack of communication, no support, lies and unrespectful neighbors. Stay away from them!
