I took two of my necklaces in to be repaired. The service was fast, the customer service was top notch, and the price for the two was very reasonable, which included a thorough cleaning. I plan on having all of my jewelry cared for by Mock and company.
I took a very old ring to them to be refurbished and cleaned. The metal was discolored and you could barely see some of the diamonds. When I went to pick it up, I was astonished. The ring looked brand new. I was so excited that I ran home to get a couple more pieces for them to clean. When I put the rings on together I felt like I wanted to cry. It took me back to when I was a little girl looking at my grandmother's hand. For jewelry care I would HIGHLY recommend Mock & Co.
Had a custom ring designed and built by Mock & Co, plus some repairs and resizing. Great experience from beginning to end, my ring turned out better than I could have imagined. If you need custom jewelry or any type of repair these are your guys. Wish I could give more than five stars.
