*updates* They gave us 4 corndog and correct there mishaps. It came out golden brown (pic is updated as well )and taste like how i remember when I first came here. Employee was nice to me ans my husband and very friendly. Thank you for fixing the issue. My husband just went into get me mochinut and cereal corndogs. They said the donut machine is down so my husband said ok and ordered just 4 corndogs. My husband just went into get me mochinut and cereal corndogs. They said the donut machine is down so my husband said ok and ordered just 4 corndogs. They brought out 4 burnt corndog and put them in the styrofoam containers straight from the fryer which melt the box too. My husband complained and she said "sorry thats how it supposed to be" I loved this place and got their donuts and corndog all the time since the beginning. So I am very disappointed how they are servicing the customers.
Mochinut was great when they actually cared about their product by frying their food fresh to order, now when I walk in I see three mochinut lined up to be served sitting on the table for God knows how long. Putting it simply, its no where near as pleasurable as it once was I hope people stopped getting scammed by workers laziness Edit: Thank you for your reply and your openness to my problem. My favorite place to get donuts. They are so delicious.
Their donuts are always amazing a little slow to get them probably because they’re always making them fresh, but it seems they should have a better system but would for sure recommend to try them
