We normally love Mochinut but this is the first time at this location. The Thai Tea was fine but my Brown Sugar Milk Tea was straight milk. When we asked about it, the worker said it has milk and brown sugar. Then we asked about the milk tea and she said this was it. We're not sure if this is a new recipe or if the worker thinks this is it, but this is not the same as other Mochinuts. I would not order the milk tea from here. And no, I did not order the brown sugar fresh milk.
The donuts were fine, not worth the price though. None of the flavors were really distinct. The people working there were really nice!
I've been here a couple times but it keeps going downhill. The customer service is always bad. Donuts are usually just okay. The corndogs were good the first time I had them but I ordered doordash today and was so grossed out I threw them away. They were over cooked, greasy and dunked in sugar that looked to have either spiderwebs or hair in it. I didn't noticed until I took a bite and immediately threw it out. I also got a Thai ice tea that tasted like it was from a can with hard boba.
it was really good. I enjoyed being there.
