It isn't a Mochinut anymore, it's a "Tiger Mochi". Significantly less options compared to before, especially the coffee. Goodbye EinspĂ€nner :( Weird, faint unpleasant smell too. If it weren't for the donut still being really good (despite there being way less to choose from now) I'd have given one star.Â

Went into this location the other day and was sorely disappointed at the lack of customer service. The service was slow, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. I understand places can get busy, but basic customer service and communication is a necessity for running a business. Plus, when I had entered, the place was entirely empty.
