Went into this location the other day and was sorely disappointed at the lack of customer service. The service was slow, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. I understand places can get busy, but basic customer service and communication is a necessity for running a business. Plus, when I had entered, the place was entirely empty. I went to this Mochinut location with a friend this afternoon and wanted to share some feedback about our experience. It was our first time trying it, so we were genuinely looking forward to it, but it ended up being disappointing. When we arrived, we were the only customers there, so it was not a busy or rushed environment. HORIBLEEEE PLACE DONT GO. When I walked in I got a nasty look from the worker than I said hello and he ignored me and I asked which is the best and he pointed at all of them I ordered my donuts and they were stale and had absolutely no flavor honestly tasted like air and bread I am never going again it stunk very bad and tables and floors were absolutely disgusting

The person who help me was supper nice. Very helpful. I'll be bringing my grandkids there next time. Donuts are very good. Prices seemed less to me than other over priced places. Check them out if u go to Bobby places all the time.

Mochinut was AMAZING! The donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy — every single one we tried was delicious. We still have 12 more to go and I’m already excited to try them all! Shoutout to Fran — he was super nice and welcoming. Great customer service makes the experience even better! We’re definitely coming back very soon!
