Great place but *AWFUL* appointment setup. I’ve had great service here but my last few attempts where I’ve made appointments, some entitled woman completely ignores the rest of us and takes our seat. The workers never correct this behavior and so we’re all made to wait. This is completely rude behavior, so unfortunately I will not return again.
Terrible time management. Even with an appointment I will wait an additional 30-45 min. I've decided to finally leave a review because it has happened multiple times - it's a pattern. The nail techs' work is good, but blatent disrespect of people's time is bad customer service. Local to the area so this is a shame.
