Pam is EXTREMELY RUDE - I have no idea how she thinks it's okay to talk to her costumers the way she does. I was an everyday costumer, and I spilled my coffee ONCE and she said that it was my fault, cussed at me, and said she was mad that I wasted her inventory. She always has something negative to say and really knows how to bring you down. She should not treat her everyday customers this way, being that they are the backbone of her sales.
