They're ok neighbors during construction. Occasionally allow their site to break work hours rules in the winter, but not too often.
The property we live at has excellent service from the office and maintenance to owners even! Parkways has been our home since 2019 and we intend it to be our retirement home forever!
It’s a sin to see monetary greed take over corporate integrity. In Michigan, we’ve seen it in the auto industry and now in “luxury” home building. Moceri used to be tops in quality and luxury but today they scrimp to make more profit. I live in one of there homes only 2-3 years old and it’s amazing the number of issues I’ve had.
