I cannot say enough good things about Mobydick restaurant. I've ordered from them several times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. What sets this branch apart is the management — Mojtaba is incredibly welcoming and kind, and you can see that same positive spirit in Beheshta and Mansi.
I received an incomplete delivery order and called to let them know. They told me I could come in to pick up the missing item, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. When I asked for a refund for that item, they said they couldn’t issue one. In today’s world, that’s hard to believe. All this shows is a lack of customer service and the ability to resolve simple issues. All about the bottom line.
