If I could give 0 stars I would. Moby1 is an adventure trailer pyramid scheme that is quickly unraveling. Many who placed deposits over 2 year ago, like myself, are still waiting, and will likely never be refunded or have a trailer delivered.
We knew going into this purchase that due to the customization of this trailer that it would take some time. Missing one or two deadlines is more than acceptable. But the lack of communication is unacceptable on any level. We can not get Harrison to return our calls or emails for a few months now. We placed our order in May and now that we are in late October there has been absolutely zero communication on status updates of our trailer. If anyone has information they can provide, we would greatly appreciate it.
Scam artists. Takes your deposit and doesn’t produce a trailer until 2.5 years later until you get attorneys involved. New customers giving deposits will not see their trailer or get their money back.
Couldn’t give ZERO stars. Harrison Grimes lied to me after taking my despot of $20,000 in March of 2018 and promising a delivery date in July of 2018. They have stopped returning my phone calls and emails in August because they’ve are in lawsuit with Attorney General of Utah. Justice shall be served but meanwhile stay far far away from these cons.
Ashley is extremely rude and wants his customers to feel bad for him. He just wants your money. Luckily the bank has officially closed his doors. All Moby1 signs were taken down and no one is allowed into the shop without the banks approval. It sucks he took so much money from so many people, but I’m happy it’s finally over. If he continues to find ways to take money from people even now then shame on the people giving him money.
