Heather was terrible. I guess I came in on shift change the nurse there that was ready to go was so rude. Just knocking hard on the glass scaring me. "You have to use the bathroom !!" She was rude. I was happy to see her leave. There was a nicer nurse that was came on which was male. If you ever go to the er and you see Heather as the dr. turn around and walk out. Terrible, terrible!
