Her class is thee BEST! She teaches everything about traditional locs & microlocs. She's patient with you, provides everything you need, & is so knowledgeable. You can pick your own class dates which is a plus if you already have a busy life. Your last day of class is review, quick test, a live model, & BOOM you're certified! Peanut has been doing my hair for years. I really don’t like people hands in my hair; she is the only person I let do my hair and every time she EATSSS . Hands down the BEST, she always brings my styles to life. When she wash your hair; it feels like you been pulled up to heaven. Sometimes I just book for her to wash/detox my hair. She is the best, worth every cent I spent and willing to do it anytime.
I started going to Somo in August, and she is the best ! Very professional , and dedicated to her craft and I love her spirit. I have been so grateful to get on her books. Thank you for taking care of my locs while I continue on this journey . 10/10 recommend !
I have always admired Peanuts work of art. She is the one who actually helped me start my husband's locs a few years ago. Since them I had the pleasure of taking her Microloc class that she offers! It is worth the investment! She is an amazing teacher! She not only teaches you the correct way of installing Microlocs but she also shows you the art of the microloc and how to take care of them.
