The entire staff, and especially Dr. Hendrickson, are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and that's the reason we love this vet practice!
Everything about my Mobley experiences has been great, from the regular care/tests through boarding my dogs, and finally with the "curbside" encounter because of the covid-19.
Mobley has always been AMAZING to us and our sweet baby, Kurtis!! I would recommend them to everybody! We dropped him off the other morning and I was terribly upset and worried sick about him. They reassured me that he would be taken care of and he definitely was! They were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning and were super responsive. The staff at Mobley have taken care of our animals for years, but today takes the cake. I called around 9:45 am because my elderly cat was lethargic and wouldn’t eat. They assured me I could bring him in and they would fit him in due to his state even without an appointment. My experience with all of Mobley’s team members have been extremely pleasant but I wanted to give an extra shout out to Taty and Dr Shepherd. Taty was so patient and kind to listen to the situation with my dog, Annie, and knew it was an emergency to get her into to see Dr Shepherd the next day, an already extremely booked up and busy Saturday. Once I arrived, Dr Shepherd treated Annie as if Annie were her own and proceeded to go out of her way to get Annie into a very hard-to-reach specialist for emergency care. I appreciate... read more
