Dr Mobley is the best . Took care of my problem promptly and professionally . Highly skilled and personable . Takes time to explain before he does anything .
Everything about Dr. Mobley, I couldn't ask for more, explained everything in detail I could understand, incredibly through and results I still can't get over the gift of sight. His staff / team one word and that word is Awesome, everyone is so nice with pleasant smiles. You look froward to going into the office..I would recommend Dr. Mobley without hesitation to anyone
NEVER recommending Dr. Mobley to any of my friends, EVER. He was totally aware I have panic attacks; wrote it in my chart. First cataract surgery was perfect. The 2nd was an EPIC FAIL. I was in a full blown panic attack during surgery, he did NOTHING. He was Very Aware that I was in distress. The anesthesiologist did nothing. How can a Dr. allow this to happen and do nothing. Where was the anesthesiologist? There is no excuse. What he told my eye doctor was nothing near the truth. THINK TWICE.
Office does not want to provide detail print out of what was done, results and explanations of detail questions. Also, after 3 hours, five specific tests, never did see Dr. Mobley, but was asked to make another appointment to review any questions/concerns, but was given information required to walk next door to facility for new glasses.
He seems well informed however he doesn't seem to explain what he's doing to you.
