How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else
