Two years ago we bought a piece of equipment from this company. It was the bariatric cot. As many times as I called and requested a replacement, no one responded. Today we had another incident because of the poor quality. As we expand our operations, I will not buy anything from her again due to their poor customer service.
MOBI-MEDICAL HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS PROMPT TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER CONCERNS. I APPRECIATE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND LEVEL OF CARE AND LOOK FORWARD TO MY INTERACTIONS WITH THEM.
The invoice ticket was paid on the 23rd of Oct 2022. We did not receive the Stair climber until a couple of days before Thanksgiving. In September of 2023 it started making noise from the gear box. I called and was told that unless we had the name of the person that ordered it there was nothing they could do. They have my name and number address and email because they reached out to me to see if we liked it. It was purchased through the state flex fund. We purchased the 4 Tier MOBI Multi-Directional Loading Mortuary Roller Rack and Battery Powered Mortuary Lift. The lift and shelving units were all shipped to us on time and have worked wonderfully for our staff. But the thing that places MobiMedical heads and shoulders above the rest is the level of customer service displayed by the company. Purchased ambulance gurneys and needed 4 right away. I spoke to Kelly and she made it happen within days. Everything showed up as promised and the product is great! Got to chatting with Kelly and turns out they manufacture autopsy equipment as well. I'm in the TV and movie business and had a need for a morgue table. Taking customer service to another level Kelly was able to sell me a prototype. Once again the product arrived on time and exceeded my expirations!!
