Opened account for the 6% interest. Their customer service is really bad. They did not sign me up correctly and have ripped me off for the last couple of months. Completely lost faith in them.
Change of formats in electronic banking leaves no memo line to document invoice# or electronic addresses. Take the chance it will NOT get to where it needs to go instead of where it might get to.
Driving your disabled family member to the bank to get bank business done just to sit in a room to wait to speak to a representative (after having talked to a human at the teller counter) makes you feel like an imbousol. This is a nice OPTION for people at home. Not people that have spent the time and energy to physically drive to your facility. I've been with Rave since they were MobilOil, I liked their name a lot more honestly, Rave just sounds so childish...like when I hear Rave, I think of an actual rave...like a party. I'm sure they chose it to be all cutsey and say everyone is raving about them. Anyway, that's just a ick I have with their name. As a former Credit union and now Banking institution, they are the best around. I've never had a single problem and actually as a former employee (yes), and my sister currently works for themthey have bent over backward... read more
