Driving your disabled family member to the bank to get bank business done just to sit in a room to wait to speak to a representative (after having talked to a human at the teller counter) makes you feel like an imbousol. This is a nice OPTION for people at home. Not people that have spent the time and energy to physically drive to your facility. I've been with Rave since they were MobilOil, I liked their name a lot more honestly, Rave just sounds so childish...like when I hear Rave, I think of an actual rave...like a party. I'm sure they chose it to be all cutsey and say everyone is raving about them. Anyway, that's just a ick I have with their name. As a former Credit union and now Banking institution, they are the best around.
