Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. My lift originally arrived on November 21st, and since then, I’ve had to spend hours at their shop on two separate occasions. Each time, they either forget to order a part needed to complete the installation or break something during the process, requiring a replacement from the manufacturer. The salesperson, Bradley, who helped me order the lift, has been no help at all. He just redirects me to the service department, which offers no clear answers. Every time I call ... read more
