I found MobilityWorks online and scheduled an appointment to look at wheelchair-accessible vehicles. When I arrived, I met Bradley, who initially seemed like an honest man with integrity. He was compassionate about my situation and had a van ready for me to view. Bradley walked me through the features and pointed out what he claimed were the only flaws—two small indents near the driver’s door handle. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. My lift originally arrived on November 21st, and since then, I’ve had to spend hours at their shop on two separate occasions. Each time, they either forget to order a part needed to complete the installation or break something during the process, requiring a replacement from the manufacturer.
