We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sale rep Micheal was on top of it all. He kept great communication and was so kind through the entire process of ordering a lift for our vehicle. I could sense the care and passion that he has for families like ours. We had no issues and if any hiccup occurred they were fixed with a sense urgency. I had to make an appointment to get any information or pricing. Went to the appointment and the agent would not give me any prices only emailed a couple of videos for my mother to review to see which lift she wanted before he would work up any pricing. I wasn’t given any detailed information about either of the lifts I was interested in and no brochures or anything. Totally wasted my time. I will not do business with them.
We bought an electric wheelchair from this business and could not have been more pleased. Our salesman was Michael Vega who was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. He was very patient with our questions and from the questions to demonstration to very reasonable pricing Michael and the manager made the transaction painless. Highly recommend.
