We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sale rep Micheal was on top of it all. He kept great communication and was so kind through the entire process of ordering a lift for our vehicle. I could sense the care and passion that he has for families like ours. We had no issues and if any hiccup occurred they were fixed with a sense urgency. I had to make an appointment to get any information or pricing. Went to the appointment and the agent would not give me any prices only emailed a couple of videos for my mother to review to see which lift she wanted before he would work up any pricing. I wasn’t given any detailed information about either of the lifts I was interested in and no brochures or anything. Totally wasted my time. I will not do business with them.
