Took my Toyota Sienna with the Toyota Auto Access Seat for repairs. I took my van to Toyota first and they had no idea what to do but recommended I replace the base for over $2,000 anyway. I investigated and there assessment was completely wrong. Went to MobilityWorks and the staff was super nice, tech was professional, and the repair was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I can’t thank them enough for getting my access seat working again. I highly recommend MobilityWorks.
This is the place to go because these are the people you can trust: for reliable information and a caring attitude. Years ago, the manager, Mr. Nichols, made it easier for us to re-sell our van by having us drop it off at his home rather than have to drive the awful commute through the HRBT and all the Norfolk traffic. Recently, Mr. Rogers took time to explain and demonstrate ultralight powerchairs that I could easily lift into my car.
