Terrible communication and lack of professionalism. It took weeks of unreturned phone calls just to get in touch about scheduling an installation after receiving a quote. When they did answer the phone, they were rude & very dismissive. The only person who was kind was the manager of the service department who clearly just answered the phone because no one else did in the entire company.
