Years ago, the manager, Mr. Nichols, made it easier for us to re-sell our van by having us drop it off at his home rather than have to drive the awful commute through the HRBT and all the Norfolk traffic. Recently, Mr. Rogers took time to explain and demonstrate ultralight powerchairs that I could easily lift into my car.
The technician came out to my residence to conduct and estimate for multiple handrails in multiple locations. I was told he would send me an estimate that evening which was 2 days ago but I received nothing, no call, no text and no email. I reached out to the tech to no avail. This is bad business as my time is valuable as is everyone's. I will have to call another company to start over now. Thanks for nothing mobility works or should I say IMOBILTY WORKS!!!!
Excellent company. I needed a van within a week. Al came through with flying colors. He got the van I wanted brought in from Florida. Had it inspected for VA and delivered it to me in record time. I absolutely recommend Mobility Works. Oh and their customer service is Outstanding!
