Michael McCabe was great help when helping us select a van your are mother. It is very nice vehicle. Looking forward to getting our mother out and about.
Nice to know that MobilityWorks in Villa Park can have such a large inventory of vehicles on their property but when it comes to have available loaners for customers who need them they don’t have as many vans for that purpose as they do for selling GEE what a great way to keep customers coming back
my bruno stair lift stopped working,i called mobility works on midlothian typike in richmond va their rep told me she would have some call to set up an appointment, i stayed home all day ,no one called...the next day dec. 23. i have called all morning,keep getting recording all reps were busy ,left voice message ,no one has responded cannot speak to a live person i am unable to climb stairs, stair lift needs to be fixed, what away to run a business...
Mobility Works is excellent, everyone is easy to work with & knowledgeable about their products. Ray McKay is excellent & very helpful.
We dropped off our van to Zac for repair. After calling him on day 2, we were told that it needed to be taken next door to a different company to have a plate welded underneath due to a large rust area. After that was completed (that company did this in 2 days) it went back to mobility works and Zac said he would let me know what they find. We heard nothing for a week. Don has been great. For our initial visit he was thorough and explained all types of accessible vehicles and the conversions. He was honest and we didn’t feel pressure or rushed. He’s kept us informed and is working diligently to get us the vehicle that best fits our families needs!
