Well first of all I did a good review 3 weeks ago but now I'm changing it becouse if your a veteran dealing with mobility works for me has been a nightmare I thought all the paper work was done but no the va wants more so after learning that lift aids in north Arlington tx is funded directly from Dallas va meaning less paper work than from waco the regional office for the va if I new that in the first place I would have went to left aids in the first place so intill mobility works gets direct va funding for me doint go there... read more
at first mobility works was good to work with and very prompt all work was done to fit my needs and kept me on top of what was going on. well service has seemed to slack off here recently. i was trying to get my bracket installed in my van that has gone on for a while. I was in a wreck a while back and van specialist repaired it and sent it to mobility works to get the seat lock installed I even got in the van for them to mark it on the floor with my chair . well today when i called could not get anything out of them but the... read more
Very nice and informative on maintenance visit
I have been helped by MobilityWorks since Covid times starting with a swivel seat in my f350 dually through the purchase of a used van to my current rv with lift. They fight for warranty coverage to support customers as I have benefited twice from. They stand behind their work & products proven by catalytic converter replacement on my used van purchase and travel accommodations whenever possible. You may be able to find cheaper, but rarely better. Thank you!
