Tamme has helped us with van rentals for a few months now and has given us excellent customer service. She is very helpful and accommodating and the vans are always in good condition and clean.
My husband and I needed assistance when our van broke down. Joanna was our service provider. She was great and really friendly during our ride would recommend her! Made the ride go smoothly after a stressful experience.
DON’T buy a van here! I purchased an $85,000 new van from this dealership, and it has been nothing but a headache. Right from the start, it had a loose battery cable, which caused it to keep shutting off and throwing error codes. Carlos, the salesman, was nowhere to be found once the sale was complete. His customer service was non-existent, and I felt abandoned after handing over my money. To make matters worse, Tamme, the rental lady, was incredibly rude. It's a miracle this place has more than one star. Russell who claims to be a manager of some sort can't manage to change a light bulb let alone fix our car, which has been there around 7 times due to the door flying open while we drive the car. The last time I had to get on the phone with the manufacturer myself and do Russell's job which begs the question what is his purpose?
