my bruno stair lift stopped working,i called mobility works on midlothian typike in richmond va their rep told me she would have some call to set up an appointment, i stayed home all day ,no one called...the next day dec. 23. i have called all morning,keep getting recording all reps were busy ,left voice message ,no one has responded cannot speak to a live person i am unable to climb stairs, stair lift needs to be fixed, what away to run a business...

We dropped off our van to Zac for repair. After calling him on day 2, we were told that it needed to be taken next door to a different company to have a plate welded underneath due to a large rust area. After that was completed (that company did this in 2 days) it went back to mobility works and Zac said he would let me know what they find. We heard nothing for a week.
