This place is a rip off, you can get much better prices elsewhere and at least someone will answer the phone ! My mother bought a walker there and now we want to know something there is no answer. Forget them !
I have called this place 5 times and Judy keeps saying she can't hear me. I finally asked for hire prices, she went to check, came back on the phone and couldn't hear me again. Now she has taken the phone off the hook. Very unprofessional
Hi I cannot recommend Mobility World highly enough. Phil who l purchased my Supa Scoota from 5 years ago was extremely helpful then and has always been there to guide us through all queries......well l feel it's time to update my Supa Scoota and l will certainly be returning to Phil from Mobility World as l am assured of great back up service. Judy and Phillip have changed my world, I love the SupaLite scooter I bought a few years ago and they have gone over and above helping me find what works best for me. Phillip recently serviced the scooter and it’s as good as new, thank you Mobility World.
