I received my scooter today. Because I had no help getting it in the house, the boxes got wet in the rain. However, when it was delivered, I inspected the boxes in front of the driver. They were not damaged. I opened the box for the seat to discover the seat was broken. I created a help ticket and I was given a long list of questions and tasks in order to file a claim. No issues or problems. Will surely purchase my mobility scooter soon from them. They are informative and many to choose from.

Most helpful. They let me try the various chairs that's I was interested in and even let me take the one I wanted outside for a test. Then how to fold it to put it in my van, take it out and unfold it. They were so helpful.
