We rented a lift chair from this company. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Even the gentleman and his son who dropped the chair off were amazing. I would recommend and use them in the future.
I depend on my scooter to enjoy precious time with my family because my knees no longer allow me to get around without it. During one of our cruises, a staff member attempted to move my scooter but did not give me time to disengage the freewheel before forcing it. I called to see about doing a trade in for a power wheelchair I bought my dad as he cannot operate it comfortably. The woman who answered the phone was very abrupt and told me they do not do trade ins for items not purchased with them (I asked her if they do trade ins for power wheelchairs and she said one word “No”, and that was the end of that), she hinted at the fact that it wasn’t even guaranteed to do trade ins for items purchased with them. My wife & daughter purchased a scooter for me for my birthday as my knees are shot. Anna was excellent answered every question and made sure we were comfortable with the scooter especially disassembling and reassembling it. John was great too putting it in our SUV . I highly recommend this place.
