I ll definitely be using this shop anytime I need to rent a scooter. The owner was really helpful in helping me pick the right scooter for me 😊. Very reasonably priced too. 👍
Staff was friendly and helpful. Stopped in to pick up batteries for my electric wheelchair. Batteries were reasonably priced. Small showroom with scooters and electric wheelchairs for sale.
My experience with Mobility Plus in Greenwood was exceptional. Having no prior knowledge of what product might best suit my needs, Sam (the owner) patiently walked my wife and I through the options answering all our questions along the way. His product knowledge and ability to communicate on a personal level made the entire process painless. I’m looking forward to using the mobility chair I purchased and expanding my access to places currently outside my abilities to reach.
This business is GREAT! Rented a mobility scooter and it performed flawlessly. Excellent customer service. Sam is super responsive and treats you like a friend. Buy or rent from him. You will not be disappointed.
Sam has, above and beyond, worked with us to get help with a lift chair and a transport chair. He is always willing to talk over our needs. He is and he is pleasant and always fair. We truly appreciate his help.
