My mom broke her ankle and was in desperate need of some retail therapy. We called mobility plus to rent a scooter for the day. They were so helpful from the first phone call, to picking up the scooter, and drop off. They helped load the scooter in and out of the car. They made sure she had the comfiest seat and largest basket. We were able to take a video of the employee putting the scooter together so we knew how to do it ourselves. Although I have not made a major purchase at Mobility Plus, the owner and his staff have treated me extremely well and have been extremely helpful in trouble shooting problems on items purchased elsewhere. My plan is to make major purchases at Mobility Plus whenever possible in the future. Ali works with you in order to meet “your” needs.. Their customer service is the very best!!!
I have used Mobility Plus to do work in my home to the threshold entrance to my home and they did an excellent job, they were quick to respond, they were innovative and Ali is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
We went in today to get prices and look for a mobility scooter for my husband. We needed something that I can load and unload in/out of our SUV. The staff were friendly and very informative. We decided on one that worked for easy transport and price. We set up delivery for Thursday. We were 2 miles away and received a call that they could deliver it this afternoon. This place is awesome, very impressed with everything, will recommend all my friends that's having any kind of trouble with their mobility device to go there for help,also the staff makes you feel at home, Great staff,my scooter is on the road again, I thought it was time to get rid of it but they, Mr.Lawrence got it together.
