Reply to owner: You were told to cancel it when it took 4 times as long as Heath quoted me to come in. After being told to cancel it by both myself and my OT, starting on October 1st. In August 2024, my father was being discharged from the hospital. Of course it was before a long weekend. I was scrambling to find a rental bed that had movement to adjust the head and foot of the bed d/t mobility issues. I called multiple companies to get a rental immediately. Karissa at this location and in Guelph always goes above and beyond to help me with my mobility needs. She has spent countless time and effort to help me with getting the mobility aids I need and is always happy to do any adjusting along the way.
