I have been dealing with mobility in motion for many many years. Chris is absolutely fantastic at what he does as is Jamie and Matt before him. I will ALWAYS come to mobility in motion for any of my disability related needs. I think people need to keep in mind that equipment catering to the disabled is, unfortunately, expensive and this IS a business after all. They do the best they can. Reply to owner: You were told to cancel it when it took 4 times as long as Heath quoted me to come in. After being told to cancel it by both myself and my OT, starting on October 1st. Yes that is harassment. (Screenshot attached) of the texts. Heath also told me that you DON’T wait for the $ to come from insurance as you know it is coming, his words exactly.
