Helpful customer service and affordable prices.
1300 number is a waste of time, email took a while for them to respond. If it werent for our consistent follow up calls, I believe no one would of contacted us about the product we purchased on line. When we did get through they then inform us that they have not recieved a payment/order, yet the money was taken out immediately after paying for it online, and a email from them to confirm payment for our order inc an invoice with that email-what the! Dont bother!!! Called mulpitple times, went in as we needed lift, lazy boy, bed, toileting ect literally ZERO response and randomly year later i get a call asking if i still required. What a joke

This seems to be the same business as Aidacare. The products are good but to be honest you lose 3 stars because your after sales service is just terrible. People should not have to chase up their order multiple times with no responses from you. I don't know why you operate that way but you need to fix it.
