Absolute worst customer service! Showed up at 7:54 and the lady said she'd give me a min to look at the Menu. Another lady came back at 8 and said what do you want and I ordered a 18 dollar shake and she said we're closed you can't order that you can only order sno cones... sno cones are okay but won't come back to have to deal with that attitude.
Had a wonderful time with my daughter, the drink was huge and nicely put together. The timing of getting our order was a bit long but the finished product showed they take pride in delivering a great drink.

It was such a fun and delicious experience that I got to have with my closest friends. We all were really satisfied with the drinks we chose and the price for such a beautifully designed drink. We will definitely return!

So much fun! It’s a must do ! So worth the drive all the way from Tomball!
I took my daughter here today and will not be going back. I ordered two snow cones which were expensive compared to the price of other places (which are way better). They did not taste good at all, both snow cones ended up in the trash! The worst part was waiting an hour for two plain snow cones. We even asked for a refund because I had to get back to work and they refused and we ended up waiting another 20 minuets. I will stick to Tropical Chill even if I have to drive a little farther.
