I took my daughter here today and will not be going back. I ordered two snow cones which were expensive compared to the price of other places (which are way better). They did not taste good at all, both snow cones ended up in the trash! The worst part was waiting an hour for two plain snow cones. We even asked for a refund because I had to get back to work and they refused and we ended up waiting another 20 minuets. I will stick to Tropical Chill even if I have to drive a little farther.
Between St Cloud and Roseville locations, outstanding customer service and relationship building. Highly recommended.
There are not enough words to share on how incredibly grateful we are to Gina and her team. Our 2010 Dodge Gr Caravan was totaled in an accident recently and we were at a complete loss as to how we were going to replace our handicapped van.
