Rented a 3 wheel 'scooter' for a week during my mother's visit. Worked out so very well. The staff was great - delivery and pickup were very convenient as well. Will rent in future as needed. Thank You so much for making her trip.
John took care of us and treated us like family when we purchased a used handicap van. My mom loves the van and she can now get out if the house .

If you want to rent and pay for a scooter then not get one Sure rent from them. You have to give them 5 stars before they take your comments

Surprised to find a company open during the week after Christmas as everyone else was closed. we were welcomed by a great, knowledgeable staff, and they work on my wheelchair as i waited. We went in to look at vans and the staff there took the time to sit down with us and help explain all the options and help fit the van to our needs. We also found out that there was some government help that helped saved us over $25,000.00! We would gladly recommend this company to any and all of our friends and family!
I had a problem with a motor in a Pride lift chair. I accidently dialed Mobility Express, who is NOT the dealer where the chair was purchased, and to my surprise Joe volunteered to assist me anyway. Anyone reading this post must know how unusual this type of action is! This is TRUE "customer service" in action. Thank you, Joe.
