I first felt with this establishment when I rented a scooter to go on a cruise. They brought the scooter to the ship in Baltimore and came and picked it up when the ship docked after the cruise! About 2-5 months later, I purchased the same scooter for my personal use. I have had a great experience and would and have recommended them to everyone who has ever wanted to know where/ how I received mine! I know I have given the contact info to at least a good 20-30 people!
I would like to let anyone know that Mr. Bennett, at mobility City, is definitely a standup, straight forward honest human being. Mr. Bennett provided great service, information and excellent customer service overall. He had every question answered before I got to ask, he knows the mobility scooter industry well. The pricing is fair , I would like to thank Mr Bennett again for providing top notch services.
I needed a wheelchair for a visiting family member last minute. Bennett was quick to respond - after chatting he suggested a transport chair instead based on our family’s needs. He was right, it was much easier than a wheelchair! I appreciated his thoughtfulness in helping assess our situation and giving a recommendation. Very happy with the care and service!
Bennet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I need to rent a scooter. I have enjoyed our conversations and he keeps me updated with the newest products. We will be purchasing our new scooter through him.
My Drive Medical Scout scooter needed repair. I contacted Mobility City of Fairfax and within 2 hours they dispatched a service technician to come to my house and diagnose the problem . The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the scooter in less then 30 minutes. He was polite, professional and thoughtful. I will call Mobility City for any future scooter repair needs,
