I have a bad knee that requires surgery later this year so coming to Washington DC to see all the museums and the monuments with my family seemed a little impossible using a cane or a walker so we googled a foldable electric wheelchair that was lightweight and came to mobility city. I meant to post this earlier this year but if you’re looking for high quality service where the folks here won’t gouge you for every penny in your wallet - this is the place to go. A gentleman named Bennett helped me out in an emergency situation - my aunt flew in from out of country and suffered an injury mid travel and we needed some assistive devices and a travel chair to get her around comfortably. We rented a recliner for one month to accommodate a shoulder replacement It was a great experience, the chair was in perfect shape and very comfortable. The delivery and pick up couldn’t have been smoother. All the employers I encountered were polite professional and helpful. And it was a reasonable price. I recommend them without reservation!
We were in need of a manual hoyer lift during our stay at the Wyndham National Harbor. Bennett at Mobility City really came through for us. The rental was delivered as promised and at a reasonable fee. Excellent service and will use again when back in the area. Highly recommend!
Mobility City could not have been nicer or easier to deal with to rent a motorized reclining chair to sleep in after surgery. They were able to extend my rental with no problems, and scheduling pick up and delivery worked well. The chair was comfortable and easy to use as well.
